Very bad service at Foto First ( Mall if Africa )

I went to Foto First at Mall if Africa to do some scanning and printed of documents to be signed and resend. The service I received was so bad and unprofessional. After the lady who assist me printed the documents that I wanted I asked her for a pen to sign them. She rep****, saying I need to buy a pen it's R10. I told her i don't want to buy the a pen I just need one to sign the documents so se can scan and send it back to me. But very arrogantly she keep on saying I should buy one. I asked her to speak to the manager , whom was at the back. They spoke to each other in a language I didn't understand then she turns around and tells me the manager says the same thing... I guess my money I was going to spend at their establishments wasn't enough .. Very, very unprofessional service....
