UNSATISFIED SERVICE

On Friday 8/6 i went to Photofirst (Cradlestone Mall) to ask them to make me a collage for a Fathersday gift. Tevin said he will email me the layout for approval. till today i havent receive any emails from Photofirst. On Wednesday 13/6 i went to them to have a look at the layout. Spoke to Lucky and ask him to have i ready for Friday (15/6). He said to me that it will be finish by 12h00. I only went to the shop at 13h30, and then he said to me that he is waiting for the wood to do the frame. I ask him nicely to have it ready by Saturday 16/6. When my daugther went to the shop at 11h00 it was still not ready, and she ask him again to have it ready on MOnday 18/6. On Monday i phoned to confirm readiness. Where they said to me that it is ready for collection. I went to the shop an hour after i spoke to them, AND again... when i arrived at the shop, they were busy to do the frame. And he said to me it will take 10 -1 5minutes. REALLY is that the service you get from PHOTOFIRST?????? I am very disappointed in the service, Wont recommend anybody to go to PHOTOFIRST IN CRADLESTONE MALL.
