Unacceptable service delivered

I had an extremely bad experience with Foto First in the Garden Route Mall, George. After standing in the shop for several minutes before someone eventually helped me, I asked for one photo to be printed, I paid the amount and left. Due to the fact that I was running late, I only collected the photo and did not check as I believed that the quality and everything would be fine. Only when I arrived home I noticed that the photo was totally blurry and you couldn't figure out what it was supposed to be. I found this service that was delivered truly unacceptable as I did email them the original photo which wasn't blurry at all and indeed was in a good photograph format.
