They stole my external

I wanted to print some photos at welkom foto first in the mall,I gave in my external,the lady said she would be finished in an hours time,I asked her if it would be fine if my husband could pick it up,she said no problem.2days after I realised my external was missing,I asked my husband he said the lady at welkom foto first only gave him the pictures.I phoned them and they were very very rude!saying there was no external,I phoned again to ask if they have cctv they said no!all.my photos were on that external!those people are very rude!And I will never do any business with them ever again!!
