Poor Service/Lying to customer

I went in to get a passport photo for my New Zealand passport.<br> As it was an online application, there were set requirements for the photos (larger than 500kb etc)<br> I took in a page with the requirements and gave it to the staff member and ask him to ensure that the photo met the requirements.<br> He assured me that he would.<br> When I collected the photo on a flash drive, I asked if it met the requirements. <br> The answer was yes, but I was not shown the photo.<br> When I tried to upload the photo to my application, it rejected as it was only 260kb.<br> I wasted R49 to get messed around and now I need to find a photo shop that can deliver what is required.<br> Foto First just took a photo and loaded it on my flash drive. No consideration to the requirements.<br> TOTALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
