Passport Photos incorrect

I visited Foto First in Clearwater Mall. I had to complain about the price of 2 digital photos and get a discount, which was still a ridiculous price. I know if someone that paid more than R50 less than I was charged. No receipt was given. I informed them this was for a British Passport. I tried to upload my photo, and it is not acceptable. I now have to have more photos taken. This is unacceptable. You know how the photos are supposed to look. If they are not correct, you should retake them.
