Lacking knowledge & Professionalism

Asked for a UAE Visa photo to be taken, which initially got taken at the wrong size AND I had to pay for it. Clearly seeing that the lady had no clue of what the size should be, I went onto the [URL Removed] webpage to get the actual requirements for the visa photo. They then only enlarge and stretch the photo to the different size given with an additional cost AGAIN! The photo then looks absolutely perfect for being unaccepted!!! I did not take any of their photos as I could not use any of them. But still had to pay for their training session and lack of knowledge. Very poor quality of customer care.
