Get up to date on specials

On the 30th of March 2018, I visited the Gateway branch & was assisted by an indian lady that wears glasses (sorry, I did not get her name).

I had some photos to be printed off my cellphone. My colleague advised me that there was a special at this particular branch. I asked the lady if there were any specials & she asked how many photos to which I rep****, "about 20 & more depending on the price." She responded by showing me the price on a board which was about R5-65 each (I stand to be corrected). There was a Manager's special which was advertised in the Northglen newspaper on the 09th of March 2018. The special was till the 31st of March 2018.

The lady did not even bother finding out about this special. To me it seemed as if I was a botheration to her on a public holiday. She needed me to whatsapp the photos & I advised her that whatsapp was new to me so she needed to assist me. But she just left me alone & I was quite irritated & just left the store.

This special of printing 20 or more jumbo prints at R2.00 per print ended on the 31st of March 2018. How unfortunate that I was unable to take advantage of this offer due to a lack of knowledge on the part of your staff.

I have printed photos previously at your store & was assisted by Vishen, a very knowledgeable team member. Please get your staff up to date on your specials ect, staff as this lady is nothing but a liability to your business.
