Foto First Victory Park Mall

I sent in a print to be repositioned in its existing, in tact frame. I was called last Friday by the male owner of Foto First in Victory Park Mall and given the price to do so. I thought the amount quoted was a bit high for what needed to be done, but I agreed to it. I was called by the male owner again today (Tuesday). He said that when he was opening up the frame, the glass had broken and now I needed to pay for a new piece of glass in the frame, in addition to the cost of repositioning the print. I said that he was responsible for replacing the glass because it had broken when he was working with the frame. He vehemently disagreed with me. After I said that I refused to pay for a new piece of glass, he screamed down the phone at me that he wouldn't replace it and slammed the phone down in my ear. I don't know what to do now as I don't have my print, it's frame or the glass. Can anyone suggest what I should do next?
