Foto First Middleberg Mall Complaint

I am very upset with Foto First in Middleberg Mall. I have always supported Foto First in Kzn and am appalled at the service and price increase at this particular branch. For starters I had specifically asked for Matt photos with white borders around them and my photos got done glossy. I had also ordered an A3 canvas which for the mounted price is R288 at all other Foto Firsts. I was charged R480 . The same price I almost pay for an A2. When I asked how is this they told me that they make their own prices as they are a complete different Foto First. This doesn't make sense to me. Surely if you are labelled Foto First your prices should all be similar or close. Almost R200 above what I normally pay is a huge increase. Even the A4 prints are normally R34 they charged R44. The A1 Prints were on special online for R495 and no one even bothered to mention this to me. Its almost as if they didn't care and all they wanted was my money. I have sent them an email and have received no reply or apology. Totally not on. I advice no one to support this store as the attitude you receive is terrible. The manager I was talking to online before going to collect my prints didn't even greet me and just walked straight out the store. When I arrived he was hiding in the back.
