Foto first galleria mall

Foto First Galleria Mall has the worst service!!!!! Their customer service is absolutely appalling, besides being extremely slow their attitude is just disgusting. I was firstly assisted by a young lady who told me to wait since she was still busy with her cellphone, her tone was rude and condescending. She further walked out of the store with no explanation and was busy with something else, after a good 10 minutes another gentleman assisted, his service wasn’t the best either but it was way better than the rude female representative. Were these people even trained on customer service ??? They’re honestly tarnishing this organizations brand and reputation. I’m extremely disappointed and management needs to get on top of this urgently
