Crazy Horrific FotoFirst Prices

Hi Peter, on the 23 of July 2020 I went to FotoFirst Fourways Mall to do print out for only 3 photos from my phone. It was about less than R5 per photo and I then decided to scan 2 letters which each cost me less than R5 however I was horrified to pay R40 to send just one email. I requested them to send this 2 letters to my email and was charged R40 for email alone without even being told that. I think this store is ******ing money from people and would like Competition Commission to investigate this stores. They ******* people's money, how can they charged single email that doesn't even take a minute to send. They actually don't deserve any star, I am taking it away. Their prices need to be investigated by Competition Commission asap...
