8 mnths pregnant & was dismissed when seeking help

I went in to have some prints done and an image resized. There were about 5 floor assistants including a lady by the name of Zandile. She was free so I walked up to her to ask for assistance and she callously said to me \I work in the back\", I asked her who can help, she said someone else and turned around and walked off. I then stood on the floor waiting for assistants but instead of acknowledging me, I was invisible as they helped 3 new walk in clients who arrived at the entrance after me(they obviously ignored that I was standing right behind them). At 8 months pregnant I'm sure I was hardly invisible, but the team showed no empathy or customer service. I went to an assistant behind the counter to ask what's going on, he asked what I needed help with, he also said to me go ask one of the floor assistants and I explained to him what was happening and how I couldn't get any assistance, and would you believe that he did nothing, but said sorry it's not his area. So I asked for the managers details and the name of the rude staff member...and that was it...I still wasn't attended to and I eventually left..."
