Worst service ever

I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I ordered a lens from them, the website indicated that they have stock. After ordering and then paying (R20 000) they came back and said that they would only know if the supplier had stock in 10 days time. I objected and informed them that they were no honest in that the website indicated that they had stock. I then requested that they must please refund me immediately. Their response - sorry, we only do refunds every Tuesday. I now have to wait a week for my money to be refunded, this after I made an immediate payment from my side. This company is not customer orientated at all, do not use them.

PS. I called Philip from Foto Discount Word, and he refused to assist me in getting my payment made earlier.
