Wanting bank transfer then article out of stock

I booked an order via the internet for a pair of Nikon binoculars with a price of R4 689.<br> The supplier asked for an electronic transfer in advance.<br> When I noticed that there was something wrong with the delivery address, I phoned them.<br> When I asked about the delivery time, they then told me that the delivery time was 4 to 6 weeks.<br> This is simply unfair in view of supplier asking for an electronic bank transfer within 3 days.
