no stock and rude staff

I purchased an extractor fan and was told my item was ordered within a day - 15 days later I still received no feedback and when I called was told that they have no stock and no indication of when it will be received. I told them it was misleading and the person on the phone told me "we have no obligation to let you know if we have stock or not and I'm not going to argue with you about stupid things."

I cancelled my order and it took 10 days for the money to be refunded into my account, they may claim to have good fee's but the customer service is abysmal.
