No email responses, ordered an Item a week ago, paid and still no feedback

Service is not good from them. Ordered a lens on 26 August. The ITEM said INSTOCK

For a week long my order showed on hold. Sent numerous emails with no response from them! I finally got an email saying that they are ordering the lens from sigma, even though the website still says in stock. I paid a lot of money. And still not getting responses to my emails, also the item says processing.

The fact that I paid a week ago and still no support or client service from them, has started making me furious. I should have brought this product from someone else.
