Lack of service!

<p>I am utterly disgusted with the lack of service received from the Pretoria Central Branch. I ordered and paid for a lens via their website. I first received feedback that they are awaiting an ETA from the lens manufacturer, but cannot give me a date. I mailed them a few times with no response, eventually I received feedback again that there is still no ETA on the lens. Nowhere on their website does it state that this lens is a pre-order.</p> <p>Over the weekend I popped into the branch at Irene Mall where the gentleman was very helpful and promised to let us know what was happening with the lens as soon as he found out from the main branch. He followed up with us on Monday morning that according to the manufacturer, the lens was only going to be released to the public later this month. I am disappointed and disgusted that it does not state that this lens is on pre-order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mailed them once again stating my disappointment and have not even been dignified with a response from them. The service from the Pretoria branch is also extremely poor as they haven't kept me updated on what is happening with my order, even though I have paid in full. This is unacceptable, and this is the last time that I will be shopping at Foto Discount World!</p>
