Horrific online purchase experience

The less said about the horrific customer service, the better. When I placed an order, their website stated they had stock available. To my surprise when I called to follow up on delivery was I told told they were waiting for delivery of stock from their supplier.

I waited more than a month for delivery of goods . Subsequently, I requested for a refund - which was was partially paid. What was most annoying is their outdated processes which depend on a particular individual to attend to issues; in their absence, there was no contingency in place.

They really have no regard for customer service, constantly shifting blame to their suppliers. Be warned, they will take you on a joy ride.
