Foto Discount World... no service

Has anyone had any bad experience with Foto Discount World? Last week I purchased and paid for an item that I expected to be delivered free of charge after the Easter weekend. Instead of enjoying my purchase I received an email stating that as the had not received any payment the order was cancelled! !! Three emails to sales and accounts and NO ONE SINGLE REPLY.
