False advertising & being dishonest / untruthfull

Supplier advertises a specific product (Canon G5x bundle) available on sale on website. I phoned the supplier and spoke to a specific individual (name available) and states that I am interested in the product. Sales person confirms price and I said I will come to the shop the next day (2016.01.22). He agreed and specifically says I must ask for him by name. I mentioned the exchange rate risk and the sales person confirms that the equipment is available at the stated price. I then went to the shop today but the sales person is not available. I want to purchase the equipment but the available staff states that they do not have this equipment in the store
