Buy at Foto Dsicount World at your own risk...Shoppers be warned!!!

I bought and paid in full for a defy stove on 29th November 2017. Nowhere is it mentioned that the stove was a pre - order item. My order was updated that it will be delivered as soon as they receive from Defy. Take note there is not even an estimated date of delivery which means even if they get delivery of stock in March 2018 there is no issue. Knowing that most companies are going on their annual break tomorrow, 15 December 2017, that means my chances of getting the stove before 15January 2018 when the break ends are next to nothing. So i am looking at +/-2months to get a stove which i could have just walked into a shop and buy. I guess it's true when they say cheap is expensive.

I have put a rating of 1/5, but really i think we should have some ratings in the negative like -5 or something, because that's what this supplier deserves. Is the supplier not supposed to inform in advance if an item is available on pre order?

I will NEVER ever buy anything from them. Such pathetic service. I am so disgruntled.
