Bad customer service

A few months back we bought cameras from them. We ended up having a huge issue with their courier company that took forever to do the delivery. It took them over 3 days to deliver from Durban to Richards Bay witch is 2 hours apart. After a promise to do better we now bought from them again. And wow still the same courier company. And once again the package is in Durban since Friday but may only be delivered tomorrow. Lesson learned, will never ever buy from you again. You dont inform your buyer you dont have stock we only heard about it when we didnt get our tracking number and inquired when the parcel will be sent. And now once again we wait we wait for delivery.
