No refund!

I ordered 4 weeks ago a foto lens of SONY, which had the wrong size. I sent it back 14 days ago and got an email saying I will get back my money. Sonika, the lady I was exchanging mails, confirmed the arrival of the lens and promised to send the money within 2 days. Since then I have sent 3 mails asking for the money, but didn`t get any answer.
