Becareful when buying your car from them, they always add up some extra costs that can't be justified and on top of that they will sell you a car and say it has service plan , maintenance plan and warranty balance just to make a sale, but as soon as your car is due for service you will only discover that it was all a lie the car has none of those so you must pay around R25000 for extended maintenance plan.

Can you please elaborate on what extra costs you are referring too?
You'll never get a VW Polo with a Service plan, it's an optional extra that has to be paid for, the vehicle does however come with a 3 year/100 000km Warranty which was explained to you.
