GOING THE EXTRA MILE / GREAT SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Yesterday, 21 December we landed up at Fosters Toyota Robertville when our Camry gave problems on our way to a funeral in Pretoria. Craighton were very helpful from the start. He got his people to move the car into the workshop (which is super clean), let it cool off and inspected the car himself. He informed us that because of the holidays, it will take 5 to 7 days to fix the car as the gasket blew and he advised us to to get the car towed back to Klerksdorp to get it fixed here. We sat there from 10:00 to about 14:00. He told us to relax and get our things sorted out. Craighton and his team were very friendly and helpful the whole time and helped where they could and also to make us as comfortable as possible. He eventually arranged for a tow truck company to assist us with the transport of our vehicle. My dad went through to fetch us and on our way back to Klerksdorp, Craighton called us to inform us that our vechcle was picked up by the tow truck company. This is customer service!! Thank you Craighton and your team!!! You are great!!!
