Fosters Toyota Robertville Deceit
On 09 February 2026 I bought a Mazda 2 for my grandson. The car had a broken back pillar plastic trim which I pointed out to both the sales lady (Noni) and her supervisor. Both gave me an undertaking that it will be ordered and replaced. On 10/02/2026 Noni confirmed by WhatsApp that the part the part would be available by 16h00 the same day and we arranged that I would collect the car the following day after the part replacement. On 11/02/2026 she sent me a voice mail informing me that the part did not arrive but the part had been ordered and that its ETA would be eight (8) weeks which takes us to the first week of April 2026. I regularly phoned Noni asking her to track the arrival of this part to no avail; never came back to me with arrival confirmation. On Wednesday 08/04/2026 I send a desperate message to Noni expressing my displeasure at her communication silence after which Sipho Nhlapo (their driver?) send me proof of the part order date 08/04/2026. This proves that all along Noni hence Fosters Toyota Robertville have been playing me for nine (9) weeks with a false promise. This is a low blow and has deflated my trust in them.
