Very poor job done on plant felling and do not answer phone call afterwards

I search on Bark to look for a tree felling service and received phone call from Foster to say they can provide service for me. I reviewed their profile on Bark, it was looking good. However what actually happened is I received really bad service from Foster. The team did not come the time agreed to do the job and yet came the time only 3 hours later when the security gate must be closed 2 hours later and the contractor must be left. And they only sort of done the job just 10 minutes before the gate need to be closed and i'm under pressure to let them leave. However the job gets done poorly and every time I contact Foster to come back fix it, there's always an execuse and eventually do not answer my phone call anymore. I'm very disappointed at his service, after he promised he will not run away, he actually did.
