will i ever get my watch back?

On the 15th January my watch was taken in to Fossil Pavilion to be repaired, the slip says repairs are usually done in 3 weeks or 6 weeks if parts need to be ordered. 10 weeks later and many calls and emails and no end in sight. I am really disappointed by the complete lack of interest and assistance. We keep getting brushed off saying they are waiting for parts. The watch is very sentimental and I'm beginning to wonder if they have damaged or mislaid it, will i ever get my watch back?
