What repair was actually done?

October 2016 i replaced my watch movement. All was good for 6 months after my watch was returned to me. Then the watch which is stated as 10 ATM started collecting moisture behind the watch glass, which would form in the centre of the glass. I took it back to fossil cresta to have this corrected as it was within the warranty period and they were the last people to open it. When I collected my watch there was a note for R70 attached to the packaging, and the consultant assumed the battery was replaced, this was on moday the 10th. On tuesday the 11th the moiature was back in the centre of the glass. So now my question is, if i still have the same problem now, after returning the watch to you and upon collection it looked as though the battery was replaced, did you ever take note of why the watch was brought in? Was the movement even replaced in october when i sent the watch in?
