Watch sent in for repairs 2 month after handing in

Job no: 283404<br> <br> My boyfriend was so kind to take my Fossil watch in for repairs at Watch Republic Brooklyn Mall on the 28th of April 2015 as the glass had cracked and dials were loose. They said it would take 6 - 8 weeks for repairs and that he will receive an email when it is ready for collection. 6 weeks later we haven't heard a thing, so I went to Brooklyn Mall to find out what is going on and why it is taking so long and why we haven't heard anything. When I got there the ladies looked so shocked but only said to me that they sometimes struggle to find glass for the watch and that might be why it's taking so long. The following day, my boyfriend got a call saying that the watch was never sent in for repairs, it was lying in the shop at Brooklyn for the whole 6 weeks. I went back to Brooklyn Mall the following day and the ladies couldn't even remember that I was there 2 days ago and what the whole situation was. The only thing they were able to tell me is that it is going to take another 8 weeks for repairs. They couldn't even tell us what the repairs will cost or give a quote, anything.<br> <br> Really? What kind of a joke is this? It is ridiculous. And PATHETIC SERVICE.
