Watch returned with different straps.
I went to Fossil GALLERIA for my watch as i received mail saying i may now collect the watch, but the watch was not in acceptable condition. This leaded me to giving the watch back to them so they can have the watch repaired in proper way. The watch had dark brown straps and came back with light brow without informing me as the owner if i want those straps.
