WATCH REPUBLIC AFTER SERVICE SO PATHETIC

I have had the worst ever from Watch Republic as whole. Sent my watch in for repairs in Feb 2023, Apr 2023 Woodmead branch had moved. Had to call and email numerous times to get assistance and at least get my watch back however unsuccessful until May/June. I was then told my watch can not be found in any of the branches. I requested a replacement and its November now no assistance to get the replacement or update if the watch has been found. No assistance from Manie Adonis, Jacques Francois Viljoen, Mikhail Khan after I have informed them I would be leaving the country in September .And needless to say that was a sentimental piece to me .
