I took my Fossil watch to fossil gallaria on the 18 /02 /2015 for replacement of straps, it been two months now i have not received the watch and the sales person keep on telling me that it is at the work shop. This realy bothers me as i have no other watch to use as it is stuck with them \it they still has it """"
