Watch damaged due to technician fault.

Since I bought my watch back in 2006, the only place that worked on my watch was Fossil. Even when I had to replace the battery, it was taken to their Canal Walk branch, which in turn sent it in for repairs.
After the previous time it was sent in for repairs, the technician did not seal the watch according to standard, which resulted in water coming into the watch, not by swimming, but just water running over it, now I sit with damaged indicators showing the water corrosion on them, and apparently they cannot clean or replace these indicators due to the sensitivity of them.
Due to the above, I now have an permanently damaged premium product which I now have to live with. What did it help me by letting only Fossily work on their own product in an effort to keep it in a \as near as new"condition."""
