Very bad products and service

<p>nearly a year and a half ago, we bought one of your watches which turned out to be a piece of ****. I have virtually never used the watch as its springs were so loose it would just fall as I was walking. I took it back to your menlyn branch in early last year and they replaced the springs with some **** ones and told me they'll order the originals. When the originals arrived I was told I buy them from you, to which I rep**** with a question as to whether I looked like I was high??? Since then I have been in and out of your menlyn branch to a point where I felt I will never visit any of your branches anymore. I left the watch at menlyn and told them to deliver it to me when they have fixed it. The watch was delivered to Watch Republic in Brooklyn in the very same conditions it was when I left it in menlyn.</p> <p>To put it politely, I am ****ing disgusted when I think about the kind of money that was paid for that watch which for over I year now I have never used and I derived absolutely no value for that money spent.</p> <p>Your watch is at watch republic Brooklyn mall.
