Useless spares department

On the 6 th January 2015 we have ordered 2 links for my wifes watch. The ETA for the parts were 31 January 2015. The ETA came and no links. We had to call in and find out what is happening. Every week it is a different story. Went to the shop on 2 March 2015. The lady passed the buck to a guy who is not working there anymore. Cant get any assistance from her. After raising my voice of how useless they are she showed me the door. It is nearly 2 months now and no feedback what so ever happened.<br> <br> Please take action and supply the ordered links.
