Unhappy Customer

Worst service! Bought a Jacqueline watch for the purpose of being able to change straps yet no one has the straps avaiable. Also canal walk branch has the worse customer service from the staff and the manager! Still waiting for feedback for a strap ordered over two months ago. They refuse to sell me a strap from the floor and make promises that they will get back to me! Lack of communication, no availability of stock and poor customer service. Disgusting for an international brand!
