unable to return

Purchased a fossil wallet on tuesday this week.... i still have the original packaging and the reciept....so i called the store....and spoke to the manager by the name of lawerence....who said i cant get a refund.....since when is there a no refund poilcy.... the CPA says 20 Days for goods .... this is within a 7 day period....
