I purchased a Fossil watch about 6 years ago (One of the kinetic models). Last year (2014) the mechanism stopped working and I took it to Centurion Fossil to send it in for repairs. The original Quote was for about R250. However upon collecting it I was told that the cost was over R500. This should have been communicated to me before collection.

After this I was told that the Warranty was extended for an additional 6 months. May of 2015 (Luckily 5 months later) the mechanism stopped working again, I took it back to the shop and asked that it be sent back for a warranty repair. I only received it back 3 months later (August 2015) and was told that the warranty is extended again. Unfortunately the same evening after picking it up from the store the mechanism is broken AGAIN. How is this possible? It is the worst, shoddy workmanship I have ever seen. I do not think I want to send it in again, as it is not helping, but rather get my original repair refunded.

I will be discussing this at the store, but I hope some one from Fossil QC sees this.
Best regards,
