Theft

I ordered a fossil watch on Fossil SA paid R1800 .Delivery was meant to be 5-7 days only to wait over 3 weeks , only to receive a cheap pair of sunglasses , I then mailed them only for them to tell me they have no stock and I must send back the sunglasses on my own expense and they will only refund me 50% of my money . Please do not order online with Fossil SA .
