Thank you Fossil

Yesterday I got a text that my son's watch was ready for collection at Fossil Canal Walk. At arrival they informed us that the watch could not be repaired and that we could choose any other watch in the shop. Thank you for amazing service- I thought another R 4000 in the drain but no, the shop assistant help me choose another watch did all the admin and I could leave within 10 minutes.
