TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FOSSIL CANAL WALK

I have just experienced the worst customer service from Fossil (Canal Walk)!!!! I went there last week Monday wanting to exchange 2 watches that I purchased in Menlyn only to be told that the stock they have in store is for sale purposes and not exchange (OKAY) They then offer to order the 2 watches of my choice and do the exchange when the watches have arrived, of which I was told this would take 3 days. It’s exactly a week later nobody has called me so I call to follow up and nobody ordered the watches!!! WOW!!! So I’m told to log onto the internet and look for the code of the watches so that they can order it for me... I mean what the hell??! Disgusting customer service I tell you!!! Worse ever!!!
