Tarnished Reputation

I have always admired Fossil as a brand, and my Fossil watch was my pride and joy.<br> My recent experience with the repair center has tarnished Fossil's good reputation for me forever.<br> To the point where I went online to see if I am alone in my struggle to have a watch repaired. <br> Handed the watch in during May 2015 for a cracked screen, was promised 6 weeks to repair.<br> I had to constantly keep calling for an update after the 6 weeks, and was told a different story each time.<br> The repair center is beyond useless with no one answering the phones.<br> Once I did get though and was transferred 6 times and left holding on for long periods of time before I just gave up.<br> Now 2 months later, I still have no watch.<br> Reading the rest of the reports I have little faith that I will get a suitably repaired watch any time soon...<br> Great brand sadly ruined by poor customer service.
