Rude & unaccomodating service (Lack of service)
Shop hours on a Friday = 19:00 as confirmed by Violet. When I returned @ 18:45 the shop was already closed and cashed up for the day. A VERY unfriendly Violet greeted me at the door saying that I could now only pay by cash if I still wanted to make a purchase. I find this totally unacceptable and left as an unhappy Customer without the purchase being made. Surely shop hours should be adhered to and Customer treated with decency.

The store should remain open during official trading hours, and not close earlier. This matter will be addressed with the Area Manager for comment. Sorry that you received this type of poor service, which is not what Fossil is about.
