I sent my watch in for repairs last year. The watch was handed in at Fossil East Rand and I was informed that the watch had to be sent to Cape Town for repairs. It is a watch with a Digital date and time as well as an analog part (hands with hours min's and seconds). They had to replace the analog section. When the watch came back from the repairs it was not working properly. The analog section keeps on losing time and intermittently stops for a few seconds and then randomly starts working again. I have sent the watch back to Cape Town for 5 times now and it is currently in Cape Town. I also sent some emails to the people in Cape Town and was promised that it would be referred to management, but I have to wait for lengthy periods before I get any answers and then my watch is sent back. I can tell at a glance that the watch is still not repaired, but the branch urges me to take the watch home to verify that it is indeed not working properly. This means that I have to go back a week later just to hand it back in to be sent to Cape Town. it is so bad that I had to buy another watch just to be able to see the time. I do not know what to do anymore.
