Refund

Please note I’m completely dissatisfied with the way fossil is handling my refund.

I returned fossil Gen 6 smart watch last week Thursday (24/08/2023 & they were supposed to refund me within 3-5 days. However, that has not been the case now it back & forth no body is giving proper update on my refund status . Of which the agreed time frame for refund has lapsed. Furthermore I had furnished the with all they had required at the time. Now I’m stranded without any logical explanation on what is going on.
