Poor service/No service

Horrible poor service from Fossil. I took in my watch for new battery and it's 3months later my watch has not come back yet! It was sent through American Swiss and I'm still waiting to this day. I will never recommend this to anyone. Poor service they do not care about heir client/customers at all.
