Poor service from fossil products

On 21st August 2019, i sent my fossil mens watch which was my xmas present in 2019. The winding mechanism was not working so couldnt adjust time.. Every month i go to the branch to see if its ready but they never give me any info, they just say its gone for repairs, not sure how long it will take. Today i call they said can only do a follow up on Monday but as usuall they never call. Not advisable to buy expensive watches as the waiting and service to have it fixed is not worth the effort. Service and attitude of sales rep and managers is just not acceptable. No use selling expensive items but not spending money on training staff. Never again will i buy a swatch or fossil. Both makes bad experience when it comes to repairing.
