Poor quality

2,5 years back I bought an expensive Fossil watch, about a year ago the whole crown came off but it still worked. Today I took my watch to a Fossil shop to replace the battery, after they replaced the battery I cannot even set the date anymore. This is not the quality I expect from a watch that I paid a few thousand rand for. Very disappointed!
